I found this video really helpful and interesting from a student perspective! I am currently pursuing math and education in college. I am almost done thankfully, but one thing that has been stressed to me that during either lecturing or working in groups is asking students thought provoking questions or think higher level. I was wondering what are the best kinds of questions to ask the class as a teacher to help students build the deeper knowledge. I think this could be an interesting video you could make if you wanted to. You're the best. Keep on doing what you are doing.

Love your videos and they have helped me so much! For my current class- Algebra at a local college, I've tried so hard to ask all of your questions and then some but it all comes down to my prof. teaching style and it just doesn't match well with me. He is very set it definition/ technical verbiage and that is making it so hard to understand plus the material. Ive asked for simple terms and he refuses. Any suggestions how to navigate this?

What not to ask your instructor. I was in a university class that had one student with an IQ bordering on 200 and a professor whose parents had obviously donated $millions to the university. The professor would simply copy a set of notes prepared by another professor onto the green board with no explanations. Invariably the 200IQ student would raise his hand and say, "I don't understand that equation," and during the rest of the class period the professor would just stand there, scratching his bald head and staring at what he had written, and occasionally grunting as if this were the most difficult task he had ever been asked to perform.

I always wanted to ask questions, but my middle school for Accelerated Math has A.I Teachers that have already uploaded videos. So, I can't ask questions because my math teacher doesn't help us and only the normal math
