How to make Ramadan pita bread at home?
I prepared a delicious pita recipe that will fill the kitchen with its fragrant smell, as if it just came out of the bakery.

🔴Recipe for the dough:
500 gr of flour (4.5 cups)
260 ml of water (2 glasses)
40 ml milk (less than half a glass)
15 g baker's yeast
half a tablespoon of sugar
1.5 tsp salt
For the sauce.
1 tablespoon of yogurt
a little water
white sesame
Nigella seed
Preheated: Bake at 250°C for 15/20 minutes.
