DOUBLE:
250 ml of warm milk
25 g of fresh yeast (2 teaspoons of dried yeast)
2 tablespoons of honey
60 g of granulated sugar
300 g of plain flour special
200 g semi-coarse flour
60 g of fat
1 teaspoon of salt
1 yolk
Brush with beaten egg yolk with 1 tbsp of honey.
