Ingredients:
- Vegetable oil 40 ml (2.5 PL)
- soft butter 40 g (2.5 tablespoons)
- eggs 2 pcs
- sugar 3 tbsp
- Warm milk 200 ml
- dried yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- corn starch 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Universal wheat flour 520-550 g
To spread:
- egg yolk 1 pc.
- milk 1 tbsp
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 24-27 minutes
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
