You should check out Nova3D Tough Washable or Nova3D Washable Mecha. That's what I switched to from Sunlu Toughness (which in my opinion is just amazing for minis due to the unbelievable amount of flex). And while the Nova3D resins don't have as much flex, it's still enough and I can wash them with water.
