I've made these same sliders several times except I use white american chese. I changed them up the last time I made them. I used a top round roast seasoned it, cold smoked it for 30 minutes then roasted and smoked it in the Ninja to 128 degrees. I used my slicer to thinly slice the roast beef and finished it off as you did. It made a very good slider into a great slider. My only problem is my family liked it so much that I've had to make 3 more times in the last month. Thanks for the great recipes and techniques you've demonstrated in your videos.
