Just received the machine today. Got it all cleaned up and tried a ribeye on the sous vide mode and it turned out horrible. Outside was a real white color. 0 flavor. Then I cooked another in classic mode and it turned out amazing. outside was nice and brown inside was juicy. Can’t wait to see what else I can cook on this machine.

Hi CJ, I am so happy to have found you. I have watched a few of your videos previously and then when I bought the Foodie Max Grill 2 weeks ago, I started to watch you more. I have also been finding your speedi meals and I have had that for a year and love it. These machines really do open up our ability to cook really tasty meals. However, with the speedi, even though I have used it loads, making bread,. lasagne, curry, speedi meals etc , my ideas have gotten a bit stale, I will be using it tomorrow to make Tai salmon and co co nut rice. I am English and although we dont have the same access to everything, its fairly easy to switch it up with what we do have, or simply make it up. Thanks so much for all this fantastic content. I look forward to watching more of your videos. Take care Jane

No need for added salt the soup and chips are Loaded with sodium.. use pie crust dough or fillo dough or crescent roll dough OMG flakey deliciousness

Air fried smoked wings on this are fantastic. The smoke flavor makes them better than any wings you will ever have. Forget deep-frying.

Why do all my cooking adventures take 2x + more time to complete than yours do? Same smoker, warm temperatures outside...I just don't get it?! I'm cooking this pulled pork recipe right now, I am 5+ hrs in and 188*. No end (or dinner) in sight. :(

Wow! Thanks for all the good tips! I made the smoked/air fried chicken wings from your KZbin video and the family thinks I'm a rock star! Even my brother and his wife from Long Island who think they can't find good food up here in central New York raved about the wings. They want my Ninja but I told them to get their own! I just purchased your cookbook bundle and I can't wait to make the smoked meatloaf. I am going to get my hands on some of those pecan pellets too. Again, thanks for all the tips and tricks for good bbq.

Well, the NWG is a convection oven so it's not necessarily hotter than your conventional oven, but more efficient. So it burned. Would recommend doing this on bake with smoke. But hey, you made blackened garlic, it's all marketing.

lol! Give it a try with bake. It’s more of a condensed space than a normal oven, the heat is more condensed too.

I would recommend Pillsbury flaky pie dough in lieu of the biscuits...you might yield a better product; especially if you add some cream & grated nutmeg... Cheers mate!
