@@hemorrhoids221 you can't prepare for it unless you got down there like a week early. Supposed to reduce exercise actually when you switch altitudes or you'll end up prolonging the time line. Takes the body a week to get semi adjusted to altitudes. The higher up you are the more red blood cells you need and vice versa. When you leave that high altitude your body will adjust right back to where it was. That's why when you hear NFL players talking about how they're always gassed when they play the broncos at the broncos stadium that's why.

exactly. sometimes the defender is on him so tight so all u can do is try to throw him open. and then if he makes a slight under throw due to coverage re do. takes the whole point away from playing defense when you force someone into a tight spot and the throw isn’t PERFECT for the offense….
