Love her energy, I weight lift but don't run. She's motivating me to add it to my regimen, Legs don't fail me now.

As someone who is just getting into running, can I just say how much I love and appreciate your content and attitude. I am 36 and my history of running is cardio in the gym, but I have set a big goal of running a marathon (breaking it down into smaller goals starting with just a mile and going up from there). But I always feel so motivated and encouraged after your videos. Thank you

I’m a beginner runner. I did an 8k and ran walked it with only weightlifting before. I’m so happy I found your channel, it’s encouraging, I signed up for a half marathon next year. I want to get better and adding running had certainly been a new challenge that I’m determined to overcome.

Thank you for your service. I have been lifting regularly for 18 months, and things are going great. The change in the weather inspired me to challenge myself to a 5 or 10k. I found your vlog, and I appreciate your content. Best of luck on your upcoming marathon!

I have binged watched all your videos and some more than twice! I love your energy…and your authenticity. I just started incorporating interval runs as part of my workout and I’m also start a yt channel very soon. Your vids are so soothing and I could listen to you talk everyday. Please continue to share your journey ❤

I’m working my way through all your videos and glad you mentioned walking! Not a lot of beginner videos mentioning walking when you need to so I felt bad for stopping to walk while going on my runs as a beginner. I thought maybe it’s unproductive, but I feel better now about it. Thank you so much for this video!

Hi Becca, 😊 I’ve heard you say that you didn’t think running would stick with you, but here you are. What is it about running that kept you interested and consistent over other forms of exercise? And what drew you to running in the first place? I love your content, so feel free to just answer in a video or whatever feels best. Watching your insta reels always get me hyped for my runs, so excited to follow your youtube!

Honestly I think the thing with running is there’s a flow. Sometimes it’s really hard & I have to push and sometimes it easy and I can glide but I think it’s made me realize that life is like that too & it really helps me to get through tough moments, that’s why I keep going

I need to go grab that book off my (kindle) shelf and give it the time it deserves. Another great running book is RUN ELITE too-- if you're looking for another one. The author on that one is Andrew Snow-- he's very through, I think you'll like his approach. 🙂

Love your content! I found you first on Instagram and followed you, and now subscribed to your YT channel. I've ran 5Ks before but not without stopping to walk for a moment, so currently training to run straight through. It's been a fun journey! Random question, what product do you use on your edges? Your hair looks gorgeous and my lil swoopy swoopys never last the full day loll.

We have very similar skin complexions and you're out in the sun much more than me, so how do you not get sun burned? I've been wearing hats, sun glasses, and using this SPF 30. But yesterday I did 4.5 miles in a tank top and now my arms and chest is completely burned. What's your secret?
@wheresbeccaat7 ай бұрын
I wear spf 50 and I go out pretty early to beat the rays. I’ve tried to do those thin summer long sleeves but idk how people do that I almost passed out 😂
@RosySpeaks7 ай бұрын
Thanks @wheresbeccaat I will try a higher SPF. Now that it's warmer, less layers are needed. Don't be passing out lol

im a beginner runner and found that weightlifting just wasnt it for me. How can i use running and walking to substitute weightlifting? And was weightlifting part of ur routine to get to where you are currently at with your physique?
@wheresbeccaat7 ай бұрын
Personally I do body weight training, I had a stint where I was lifting heavy & running but I burnt out really quickly. I think after my marathon I get back to lifting heavy & running moderately
