Smiling! I bought a one person 3 weeks ago and it will make the sweat pore off your body. Pre heat to 135 and get to 147 in 15 minutes. I am 73 and have tons of hurt, use it about 35 minutes a day and my left shoulder that hurt so bad to raise up started to work great without pain. The results shocked me honestly. I sweat WAY more in here than I did in a traditional sauna, in a small package, WITH privacy. Easy to move as well. I put mine in my office to use at the end of my work day. 🙏🏽💯

in theory, are single person IR saunas best since you are closer to all the panels? I currently have a 2024 model 2 person and i sweat like crazy in it, but am actually considering downgrading to a single person. Thoughts or opinions on this?

No those rotate with the KZbin ads I believe? For instance, I’ve never used that wayfair or Lowe’s sauna, but did have a bad experience with the Home Depot one. But now it shows the 1love dome, which is kinda cool. I did have a good experience with that one, just didn’t buy it from there.
