My erection and overall sexual health has improved a LOT after getting with my current girlfriend. We’ve built a ton of trust and love between each other and I think that healed a lot of my mental issues I’ve been trying to work on. So make sure you can connect with someone on multiple levels BEFORE committing to them. It’ll do a lot of good for both of you.

I am in very good shape, 35 year old man and firefighter. Very active and outgoing. Just won’t happen, despite affection and love and kindness. Thoughtful gifts, surprises, flowers, back rubs foot rubs time away, trips and even giving her personal time. Cooking, cleaning, laundry and all in dad. Just isn’t happening. Used to be a few times a week, now can’t even engage conversations around it. I like the science and proven facts and advice……. Just don’t feel like I need to be a secret agent trying to manipulate every angle to get to enjoy that aspect of our marriage. All I know is it’s ruining me mentally and emotionally and physically…..

I am not an expert but have listened to others that know better than me. One has told me the best way to get her affection is to gain the attention of another attractive woman. You sound as if you do your best to do the right thing. I am not implying for you to cheat but to pull a move she has forced upon you. I hate to say it but in extreme situations you eventually have to take extreme action. Maybe even leave. I have been in your shoes with a woman before and leaving her was one of the best things I did for myself. What ever you do, do it with a clear mind. I hope this helps, peace out and do your best to have a great day.

A sexless marriage can be detrimental to one's sense of self and overall well-being. Having experienced this for 14 years, I strongly advise against engaging in a relationship where manipulation is necessary to obtain intimacy. Such a dynamic can be emotionally draining, erode self-esteem, and hinder social interactions. It is crucial to prioritize emotional compatibility and seek a partner with whom you can connect effortlessly. While there is some truth to what he says about women getting help because they are not afraid to ask for help, this is far from the whole truth. There are a lot of cultural programs running that are making it hard and actually risky for men to open up and be vulnerable. While most women and the culture in general tells us that men should open up and be more vulnerable, talk about our problems etc., the very same women will pull away and get a turn-off if this actually happens. It's literally what maternal instincts looks like. If you hear something outside, who goes to potentially get murdered? The woman? Who takes the brunt of emotional pain that they have to suffer through while "being strong" for the family? What the hell are you talking about? If the man feels like he's "being her dad," does he get to stop paying the mortgage? These soft ass men think sex is a reward. It's pathetic. It's a duty. You don't get to shut it down because you're not getting EVERYTHING you want. And what do THEY do exactly to earn the money since they don't want to pick up around the house? lol why is it in the news single women are much more happy then single men and single women are even happier then the ones in relationships? also the amount of stress a man is able to handle isnt more, maybe its more in life and death situations for most but I have seen way more men walk away from children bc its overwhelming for example, they cant handle the expectations and sacrifise required. I have neighbours and the guy went shouting in the streets bc he felt pressured, so the women take over. The guy just wants to work and then drink with friends or game. Not all men of course but a relationship with children where tasks are evenly divided are very rare bc men get grumpy if women ask for that@@seraph...4473

@@BB-xx3dv Men handle stress by themselves better. The reason why the suicide is so high is because they handle it by themselves too long. I think if the same amount of women isolated themselves as men there would be a greater amount of women suicide. But women don’t isolate themselves. On average they can be more group minded. I think the idea that men handle stress better can be seen in the statistics of single motherhood vs fatherhood and outcomes of kids. Parenting is very stressful so I would reason that those who can handle stress well would make good parents. Everyone has different varying situations but typically mom’s get worked up due to stress faster and easier than dads. What do you think?
@blacktokyo690410 ай бұрын
@@BB-xx3dv not ultimately but that is because they don’t get themselves help. Women do, women talk to each other, call each other and other people to talk about their days. Women handle stress better because they don’t do it alone. I think that as far as handle stress for one’s self and by yourself men do it better. I don’t disagree with you I’m just talking about a different point. I think that if everyone handled their stress like men did a lot more women would commit suicide than men. Men should take notes from women learn to talk about their emotions though. Men try very hard not to let their stress become other people’s concern. This can be help when raising kids so as to not let anything bothering become their problem. (Single parenthood stats reflect this as single parenthood is highly stressful and the outcomes of single father’s children are usually better.) Because many times of being stressed in the heat of the moment can make or break life. That’s a whole nother story though. Thanks for your time

Ffs it's just sex. You shouldn't have to be coerced and manipulated so your partner "gets lucky". Sex is excellent for your health, makes you happier, increases your energy levels, has amazing short term and long term effects and positively impacts your relationship on different levels. If you're able to have sex and you're not doing it, knowing that it's important to your partner - then you're an awful person and shouldn't complain when you're cheated on.

There is much to take from this particular interview, especially if someone isn't very knowledgeable about hormones and their cycles, specifically those of women, multifaceted benefits of healthy choices/lifestyles or basic physiology. However, Dr Daniel seems uneducated in the difference between "sex" and "gender" as evidenced by his comment about putting your "gender on health forms". Sex does not equal Gender as "sex" is the biological presence of male of female reproductive organs and secondary sex characteristics (post puberty) and "gender" is a social construct based on antiquated "norms". Outside of that inaccuracy Dr. Daniel said some worthwhile things.

4:20 as for this, the doc’s response is as great as the short time affords (and apart from the jail issue, which is at least partly due to anti-male bias in gyn.cent infested jurisdiction), however I’d point also to s. baron-cohen’s classic ‘the essential difference’ for in depth explorations, relatedly. and as for 6:25 (another matrix’ glitch), gents can’t often ‘get help(ed)’ as psy.thrp is primarily geared to xx.ine modes of cognitive operations (which as implied by above, are essentially different from gents’). besides, ‘to communicate’ isn’t just 1-sided broadcast but 2-sided turn-taking | interplay, which may entail information being transmitted, or misunderstanding being registered (more likely) - see already early cybernetics, relatedly.
