Momentum. Keep moving and mobility settings on gun allows this. I believe you get a little movement speed too with a perk so when you get shot it's easier to juke them cheeks

Use a better movement load out, long slide cancel, instead of short slide cancel allows for faster movement with sliding obviously. And using stims allows him to move faster. The better quality of this video too just makes it seem faster.
