I used to have control freaks and they were a blessing for me (i used to play on linear 6 and 5 no deadzone) mainly cause the my thumb length was always a bit bigger than average so they helped alot with comfort for me which led to better aim/reactions

Congrats on graduating Watty! One thing I will say in contrast to your opinion on sensitivity is that it is a deeply personal matter. I used to run 7/6 exponential on apex and do well and even 9 on Halo. I’d argue the faster it can be and still do well the better, but again it’s very personal. I switched to 4/3 linear because it works well, and the reason is that it’s a good match to the in game character movement speed as well as being very controllable. People always say not to change your sens once you “find it” but I feel like that stunts growth and I highly encourage everyone to try different options if they have the hours to dump into it. For example, I recently started using a Sinusoidal curve in the finals, even though I’m so so used to linear these days. Guess what? After the initial trial hump my K/D busted through the roof. Changing your sens doesn’t even have to make you play better, sometimes it just freshens the game and gives you a new perspective on how to play, because they all have strengths and weaknesses. Also, Elite Series 2 controller is great, it’s my definite main. I used a raised aim stick. I don’t think it gives you more control on aim like the ads say but I’ve gotten used to it lol

precisely, after a lot of time i finally swapped off 4-3 linear and went to 500-500 alc settings. A big change from such a slow sensitivity to the fastest possible, but it has so many pros that it makes me want to master it so i can outweigh the cons.

Good comment here. I feel like when I was on ALCs my aim was really good at times but inconsistent and changing to one sens made it way more consistent. Agree with what you’re saying though

My Problem is that sometimes i have aim Like yours but only for one fight. The next fight ill get distracted or nervous. So my Main Problem isnt the aim. Its Game Sense and positioning with Controller. Ive reached Season 20 Split 1 with MnK only Gold then ive switched First time to Controller since Halo and AC2 many years ago. Instantly did claw grip so i dont learn the „normal“ hold again. And in Season 20 Split 2 ive got to platinum. For many its Not Crazy. For me it is. First time Controller and im playing so much better, also movement wise. But i sadly dont have consistant settings. Im changing them nearly every round.

Best advice I can give ya, pick one setting u like the movement with and use your ads slow. Learn to only ads when u need to. This game rewards people who hipfire. Use ads to center and strafe into and out of ads. You will consistently learn the feel of it. And you will be much harder to hit
