I have interactive investor and one of the key things is that they charge the fee to your bank account, not your investments, over the long term taking fees from investments will reduce your performance by thousands.

I’m also with ii and very happy with them. They offer top class customer service, either by phone or email, and have a huge range of investment options. I had a company pension with Scottish Widows which I transferred to a SIPP with ii and ii took care of everything. The transfer took only a few weeks to complete. 😊👍

Great video. Thank you. Fidelity appear to have increased their fees since this video and are now charging 0.35%. Unless I am missing something.

The breakdown of the fees is explained in the linked article. With almost all of these brokers there is a much more expensive way to invest listed rather than the cheapest option for some reason

Would steer clear of Aviva! They charge you more if you take non advice and are very restrictive in the way you can take drawdown. They pretty much force you down taking advice and all the lovely costs that involves. Disgusting.
