Hello thanks again for sharing your wisdom and struggles. Once again this is some real cocci. I have printed so my documents related to where you need to place your design according to the size of the shirt . Imagine my head spinning. What you have presented is so easy to understand and you also provided REAL examples. Once again thank you for keeping it REAL. You are so humble...Much love to you.

I mostly agree with his comments on sizing but only to a point. It does save on both cost and time and that is vital to get the job done well. At our shop we used the same size screen or vinyl design on all adult sizes. If we had a big run of shirts for a family reunion for example (with children/toddler shirts), we would make Youth and sometimes a Baby size screen for vinyl and use it as needed. But there is more money and time. Plus you have to weed more vinyl at a different size or make another screen and remember to swap it out as needed. Add more colors, that means more registration. Occasionally we would also make a larger screen or vinyl for 2X/3X designs but that usually depended on the design and how it fit on the shirt and also if the customer wanted a larger print. I think as a rule, use the same screen or vinyl for all shirts. Big Brandoh knows his work and has put in the time and it shows. He has quality work! Follow his rule and it will serve you well. But occasionally there will be the rare unicorn that is the exception to this rule.

I know this is old but I hope you see this. I have a order for youth small through youth large shirts, but also for a few adult large as well as 2 adult 6XL, with such a huge variation would I need to resize at least some of the images? Just seems like such a huge jump from youth small to adult 6X.

Hey I truly enjoy your content. I just want clarity, this will be my first time ever ordering screen print transfers. So, if I'm offering size sm to 3x are u saying the size for all shirts are the same? If so which shirt size do us use to determine the size for all shirts?
@shetimasmith89232 жыл бұрын
I guess I'm asking if sm to Xl be the same and 1x to 3x be the same size
