This skatecamp is heaven. I remember this in a 411vm vid with Colt Cannon and a song from the Promise Ring. That song is still on my daily spotify playlist, simply because of the vibes in combination with this epic park in the woods next to the lake. Almost heaven to see some of my favorite skaters in 2023 getting gnar here. It still exists... I should really try to get there one day.

I love seeing Chris & Vic riding OldSkool-Shaped Decks. it makes many of us old dudes happy to see what they’re capable of on modern skate terrain. Ray Barbee’s part in ‘Ban This!’ blew our minds with all the flip tricks (we’d only seen Rodney & pals pull) on a non-freestyle board. I wanna skate Andy’s latest deck shape design on trannies, though my 6’6” 254lb (now over-40 yrs old) body tells me it’s not my best idea. cranking down trucks’ kingpins to squish bushings is how I’ve stayed intact so far, during my 4th or 5th Act of Skating.

Is the video quality kind of low-def for anyone else? I can’t tell if it’s just my KZbin app, or this video in particular. I can’t adjust the video quality setting, but tbh it’s a little hard to watch when it’s at like 720p or something.

Sometimes if your reception is bad it'll make the video quality drop pretty badly. But the video quality is fine.

One question. Would you be INSURED? Having broken bones are something, but shaking the inside of your cranium is another. I would know I've lived it. It cost my family a quarter of a million dollars because of a HEAD INJURY on skateboarding. INSURANCE or death? Choose wisely!!
