@Kreider Academy - long story short, Your videos have been beneficial. I watch so many different drills etc from different channels but it seems your videos solve realistic game situations problems and lot of is because you struggle through. I would like to maybe train and get some sessions with you. what state are you in?
@KreiderAcademy Жыл бұрын
If you want, I’d be happy to talk more about this in my Instagram DMs if you want. But it would be a while until I could train since I’m in season right now and training 4-5 times a week plus 2 games a week so I need to manage my workloads👍🏼

Out of all of them, which is the most effective skill move if someone is standing in front of you, is set, legs bent, and is very skilled at being a defender and they are from the front and they are waiting for you to go one side. Also, if they don’t fall for the feint, what else can you do
@KreiderAcademy6 ай бұрын
I think elasticos are the most effective skill move since the ball is traveling in one direction, causing the defender to commit to that side before you cut it back the other way. They are just the hardest to pull off consistently.. A fake pass is a good option, you just need to really sell it. It needs to look like you’re about to pass before you cut and you may freeze the defender. And finally if the defender you’re going 1v1 with is that good and hard to beat, your other option is passing. You can play combinations around him which is hard to defend too. I hope this helps😁🙏🏼

Yo bro how much should one train to become a pro Monday- Tuesday - Wednesday- Thursday- Friday- 1st & 3rd Saturday- 2md & 4th Saturday- Sunday-

And even what to train Pls reply fast I can't wait
@KreiderAcademy2 ай бұрын
How old are you? I would try to train or play in games 6 days a week. So let’s say you have one game on the weekend. You should train the 5 days before it. Take the day after it off. It’s important to take time off to reset your focus, allow yourself to recover physically and mentally. You should do at least two sessions per day for each of those five days. This includes your team training, individual training, fitness, speed and agility work, weight room, etc. So here’s a rough schedule but feel free to mix and match to get what works best for you! Monday morning: Lift + Speed training Monday afternoon: Train Tuesday morning: Train Tuesday afternoon: Train Wednesday morning: Lift + Speed training Wednesday afternoon: Train Thursday morning: Lift + agility training Thursday afternoon: Train Friday morning: Train Friday afternoon: OFF Saturday: Game Sunday: OFF For training, this could be team practices, individual practices, or with a group of friends. Just some rough guidelines for you

I struggle on finding drills to do and struggle to break into the firsst team what should i do
@KreiderAcademy Жыл бұрын
I used to save videos with drills or training plans in a playlist on KZbin, then I’d pick one and do it when training by myself! If you want to break into the first team I’d recommend asking your coach where you can improve, and then do drills to get better in that skill. Also, make sure you’re training more and harder than your teammates, otherwise it’s tough to get better than them! Make sure you’re doing more than team training, you have to practice on your own! I hope this helps and best of luck on your playing journey🫶🏼

can you make a video about some skills you can use that will 100% work and break ankles all the time.\ And also is it better to play amongs people who are a little better then you or amongs people who are alot better than you
@KreiderAcademy Жыл бұрын
Unfortunately there isn’t such thing as moves that break ankles 100% of the time. The moves in this video are some of the best though! Neymar had a 44% dribble success rate last season and Messi has a 70% dribble success rate this season (according to FootStats). If those two guys haven’t found moves that work 100% of the time, you can bet it doesn’t exist. For your other question, it’s definitely better to play against guys a little better than you. They will push you to be a better player, but you are good enough to compete with them! If players are a lot better than you then it is hard for you to try new things and improve in every aspect of your game, since you probably won’t get the ball much or be good enough to keep the ball. The key is though, as you improve and get even or better than your competition, take another step up. The goal is to always be playing with players a little better than you so that you are pushed to improve!

What is better approacing thendefender with speed or slowly
@KreiderAcademy Жыл бұрын
Great question! I actually am making a video on this for this weekend! You should engage the defender at speed, because as a defender, your goal is to slow down your opponent. Going quickly reduces the chances of the defense recovering into position or getting pressure on your back. But when you use your move, you do want to slow down slightly to get your opponent to slow down. That way when you burst away, you can beat him since he’s reacting to you. Does this make sense? Approach quickly, slow down slightly when using your skill move, and then burst away. That change of speed is critical to beat the defender

hey bro I'm 6'4 do you think i can be a good dribbler with enough practice?😅
@KreiderAcademy Жыл бұрын
For sure! There’s tons of taller players who are excellent dribblers out there. It’d be hard to have a style similar to messi since his plays to his lower center of gravity, but you can definitely use your size and body to protect the ball from defenders!!
