I sleep sitting upright for my back and sleep apnea. Best sleep I can remember was a hospital bed that was adjusted to nearly standing. I was happy to leave the hospital but I'd like to have brought the bed with me... germs not included

I finally invested almost $5,000 in a nice mattress and zero gravity adjustable frame. One of the best purchases of my life. I love sleeping in zero gravity, I wake up so refreshed. I also deal with restless legs and this helps a lot with it too!

What are your recommendations for mattresses that work best for adjustable bases? Specific features or models would be helpful. I love the give of plush mattresses as they are gentle on my painful joints, but if too soft I can't get myself off the bed, plus I have read that obese people need firmer mattresses. I have lots more research to do, but my second hand adjustable base barely works anymore so I am planning on replacing it and my mattress soon.

Ummm....this is not Zero Gravity...The legs are supposed to be way higher. (above the chest/heart).
