When you described the marketing funnel, you basically said that we’d have to specialize in more than one thing to ensure customer retention month to month. That being said, doesn’t that contradict the first thing you said about focusing on one thing to start or am I missing something? Other than that question, great video! I appreciate you talking about the importance of communicating to the customer the value being brought because most people don’t talk about that.

Great question! Embed CTA forms in their site, embed chat widgets in their site, use GHL for landing pages, set up the entire backend nurture sequence, create automated SMS and emails based on form inputs, the list is basically endless.

With the missed call message is a bit hard to implement since GHL doesn’t have the option to use the actual business number which is in google ,fb…. so the customer will not like the idea to shift and the offer will not be as affective if only with GHL nr . What would be your thoughts on that ?

I had that thought once too, then the guy I asked it to asked me to tell him the number of the last business I called and if I had saved it. Obviously I had to look it up and I didn't save it. Just like everyone else will. So the lesson there is no one remembers phone numbers anymore. Changing your business number on your google page or website is just fine and wont affect anything.
