We do not have much experience of snorkeling and we want to do scuba diving alao. Gilli Air or Menjangan which is better? Do we do scuba or snorkeling is just fine?

They both offer great snorkeling and scuba! To scuba you need to have you PADI certification. We liked Menjangan because there’s less people :)

I wouldn’t be able to tell you! It’s probably always chilly as temperatures don’t seem to fluctuate much in Bali haha

Yes you can, theoretically the ocean will be fine it’s just the rain you’ll have to worry about as it does rain a lot
