Good evening, congratulations on your excellent work, I have some problems with the image and the resolution of this particular hisense 55E7KQ pro TV, when I put movies on any application of the TV, netflix, apple tv, disney, prime video, it cuts the image up and down to a smaller one while I have 16:9 and it plays them in a low resolution and not in 4k, what should I do, can I choose the resolution from the TV settings and change it? Thank you very much.

How does this compare to the TCL 65C855?

We haven't had a chance to test the 855, but it would be an interesting comparison, as some previous TCL models did look very good

I had both, TCL 65C855 has better sound, more options because of Google TV, integrates into google home, but more buggy soft, U8N picture quality is better, less soft bugs but the main disadvantage that you cannot integrate into google home. But if use goggle tv stick I think U8n is better choice because of picture quality

Can someone tell me if the Hisense support is satisfactory if you run into any problems. Had problems with the Samsung support.

Im an oled guy, but this really makes a point for the price. Is it close to an oled or once i have an oled the u8n is going to look bad?

I use LG CX on daily basis, but would be absolutely fine with this model instead. It would probably even be an upgrade, since it's an older and dimmer model. Newer OLED's are better, but the difference is not that big except for panel response time for gaming, and super fine bright detail on dark background.

@BenchHouse thank you for you answer. My last four tvs were oled and i love the picture of the trchnology. Now i have a s90d 55" and lg a1 65". Id like to trade thr a1 for thr u8n 85" to havr a bigger tv for a smaller price. But i was afraid to trade it and have something way worse. But you made me calmer. Im going for the u8n here in Brazil. Thank you.

​@@diego1294 85" model has a diferent panel type then 65" and lover contrast and brightnes then 65" but beter viewing angel. That is why I bought 65" instead 75" that I planed to buy.
