I have weak, brittle, flakey nails too. Over the past year I’ve managed to grow my nails out fairly long using a simple system. Absolutely no nail strengtheners/hardeners, they make my nails harder but even more brittle. Apply nail oil once or twice daily. Use nail polishes that create a fairly thick, strong layer (holo taco glitter and metallic flake formulas are great for that) and wear them constantly. If you prefer creme polishes add 3 or so coats of top coat to make sure you have a nice strong layer. Nail polish adds essentially a splint to the nail so it doesn’t break as often . Hope that helps. Worked great for me.

I agree with the above comment. I use a combination of pure jojoba oil mixed with pure vitamin e oil, as per SimplyNailogical's suggestion. My nails always peeled, cracked and split. I personally found for myself, though, that nail polish makes it so much worse. So I have stopped using nail polish and started applying that oil two or three times per day. My nails have TRANSFORMED. They are strong, smooth and healthy for the first time in my life! They were just dry and needed moisture.

Charlotte Tilbury 'walk of no shame' lipstick would be a stunning more bold lip for a wedding! It's not red but it's not pink either. I love it SO much. It's hard to describe but check it out! It's weird because I normally only wear nude lips and I love it on myself. I got it really cheap as a part of a bundle from someone on the FB group I'm in and I'm so happy I did because I would have never tried it!

Something that I found out which is really helpful. Is instead of using a makeup wipe to wipe off the Fallout. Is to take a Q-tip rub it in whatever eye cream or moisturizer you're using and then you use that clean up the Fallout.

I like this wedding day or evening look out of the two. Just a few questions. 1. Do you replace the under eye cream if you have to wipe off any fallout with the makeup wipe? 2. When you contour your cheeks is the brush suppose to go below the cheekbone into the hollow part of the cheek and then the blush above it and not over it? 3. I get married Saturday!! 😁❤️ Officially freaking out about makeup now. I had all the confidence in the world and now I’m stressing about it looking perfect. Watching Allie has been super helpful. Even took notes because that’s the weirdo my fiancé is marrying 😂 Edited to say I bought the exact foundation and found I loved it best with the cover girl long lasting matte foundation (I’m sure that’s not the name but that’s what’s coming to me at the moment) I wanted the sheer look for the most part but just a half pump with the Make Up Forever foundation gave me more coverage on the redness in my cheeks. Could you teach us in depth about how to choose which kind of lip product we should use? Like, what specific occasions do you reach for a liquid lip? When do you do just a lipliner with gloss? How does a gloss affect how the lipstick and liner wear? What is the purpose of each product when you layer lip liner, lipstick and lip gloss? Do they all need to have the same undertone? Why use a clear gloss vs a colored gloss? What are some tips and tricks for getting it to last? When do you usually touch up products? How can you tell a product NEEDS a lip liner? What products can be all in one vs part of a combo? Do you have different routines for bright/statement colors vs nude/barely there looks?

Have you tried the Huda Beauty Matte Primer? It's really lovely and not drying at all. It has a thin serum/gel consistency and feels more like skincare than a primer, but still helps my base stay matte and in place all day! I'd really recommend it for anyone who has oily/combination skin ❤

Loved the video. Learned a number of techniques in the application of the makeup. I’ve never used a cream bronzer and would love to know what brush you used to apply the Huda bronzer. You look so beautiful. 🙂
