@@lgbtthefeministgamer4039 It really only changes which item rolls into which For example small odd mushroom rolls into brimstone instead of blood bag It's marginally worse since you have a higher likelihood of ending up near sad onion and then deleting the item, but if you have something like continuum, it just rolls into sticky bombs instead of epiphora

I would have used reverse judgement on a boss item. You could roll into toothpicks and spindown into sacred heart, and toothpicks is common enough that is seems safe. And Dead Onion would have been really good with Tech X, because low shot speed is a big DPS up
