Sam, i busted out this recipe the other night and its been going for 3 days now. I went with chicken, myself, but everything else was you! They were SO GOOD! I've been a fan of nonfat Greek Yogurt ever since i used it to coat chicken breasts, before breading them. The acids in yogurt give it a tenderizing effect, and is low fat. As for the fajita's , it adds great tang and since I'm lactose intolerant, works wonderfully in the flavor spectrum.. Thank you do much, man!

Labeling all the ingredients in the description with grouping as for what is was used for was nice. No measurements but I find that to not be an issue. I appreciate this easy to make recipe. Love it no matter where you cook from - cool to see you utilizing all sorts of cooking methods and tools. Also, I crushed some not not tacos last night before hitting the False Idol tiki bar down the street. Went with the mash potato + bacon, short rib, and Mac & pork. All delicious and awesome. On the same thread of awesomeness that the menu was created, how difficult would it be to allow me to maybe add like short rib or pork to the mash potato taco, for example? I think it would be fun to be able to have some cross mojification action. Talked to your cashier about it, and he explained some of the obstacles about it, but just curious if you would see this and what you would think about allowing customers to do that? Regardless, sweet restaurant!
