My mom made the BEST flour tortillas. All by hand. From mixing ingredients with no measuring, except by hand. Folding by hand. Allowing to rise. Molding the flat dough balls, tucking them in like you did. Then flattening them out, all by hand with a hand made wooden roller. Tasted the same every single day. I’m telling you, THE BEST! All the kids in my neighborhood said my mom made the best tortillas! I miss my mom…and her tortillas.

An extremely simple marinade I saw in an online forum (which claims is the Pappasito’s recipe) is Pineapple Juice, Soy Sauce, and Water. Let it marinate for a few hours before throwing it on the grill. I Tried it personally and the fajitas turned out great

What system do you have going for dishes? Cooking outside is a pain when you have to bring dishes inside..opening doors, spilling ect. Looks like you’ve got a sink to your left passing dishes that way

Our family loves the HEB marinated fajita meat but sadly we do not have an HEB here in East TX so I can’t wait to try this recipe and see how it compares. Would this marinade work for chicken as well or would you go a different route?
