If you liked this Lamb Bhuna, try the one at Poncho Khana Coventry Road! It’s authentic Bangladeshi cuisine as is the Grillz curry section so you could maybe add it to the list of other Bangladeshi spots you wanted to try (I remember you did a poll few months back relating to that if i’m not mistaken?)

I agree about the ribeye steak - great value - used to do it medium rare but I too slowly came around to the medium approach - except I cut off the cap from the steak and cook the former medium rare still. Very much enjoying this aspect of British cuisine you are presenting, Live in the high desert outside San Diego but the metro area has a vibrant middle eastern community extending out in all directions - for instance even though I live in the middle of no where (literally and I like it) I can drive ten minutes and get the most delicious lamb kebab! Thanks for your channel.

@noorulislam24992 жыл бұрын
Alot do sell beef and have the option between beef lamb or chicken but you have to find the ones who do. mainly lamb is more tender in curries and less fat on the meat so they try use lamb more often than beef as beef can also release excess oil when put in a already very oily dish.
@AbuZak142 жыл бұрын
In the UK it's historic, beef was dropped from the menu during the BSE/CJD scare of the 1990s and have never really added it back. "Muslims account for more than 20% of UK sheepmeat consumption (24% of lamb and 16% of mutton) despite making up just 4.6% of the population. - 2016"

Their menus are still similar with signature dishes etc. If you think Aston was good, Cov Road will be even better as it's run by Chef Syed Alom, the brothers food and desserts skills are next (pun intended) level and could rival Cona, Allah humma barik.
