3:40 - The difference in Oblivious between Doctor & Legion is that the Doctor is an explicit exception to the rule that Oblivious Survivors aren't affected by Terror Radius based perks/abilities. His power description states that his shocks negate the Oblivious effect and hit anyway (the word "negate" implies they should remove the effect but, intended or not, they don't). Legion's Feral Frenzy is still bound to that rule, so it doesn't pick up the Oblivious. That in mind, a couple variations of this build I've used, instead of Hex: Plaything & Frank's Mix Tape: ...Fuming Mixtape & Machine Learning (Fuming's showing gen progress lets you aim Machine Learning) ...Smiley Face Pin & Trail of Torment (The Pin blinds self-menders, obscuring which gen you've Trailed). I haven't tried it yet but I've considered Third Seal as an option here, too, with the Smiley Face Pin as a backup/redundancy for when the Hex goes down.

I'd like the Plaything pick more if Suzie's Mixtape worked with Oblivious... Though it is some good pseudo-slowdown. I've been liking Oppression/Surveillance personally. Little bit of gen defense with Frank's plus that little bit of map info to help you apply pressure better. I guess Tinkerer is in a similar role in this version. I might try working it into my own build tbh. I think how Suzie's Mixtape is coded is that it just tacks a 20m silent Terror Radius to your normal one. So in Undetectable it's a 0m TR + 20m silent TR, which sees them. Oblivious survivors are considered not in the TR though, so that's why it doesn't work.
