Sir, in B site agreement of IOCL (all PSU oil co's) the dealer has to sell his site to the company at a cost on which the dealer has purchased it (clause 57).

it may be sale or long term lease. This companies are doing to secure the site in lieu of inducting new partner. So it simply a trade off.

In case of SC ST commissioned dealership if SC ST category person want to come in to partnership, then what will be the rule of or percentage sharing? Before 3 years or after 3 years. And does maternal relation e.g. Mama or his son comes under Family defination.

Under the same category the incoming partner can go upto 49% for first three year then after 3 years the major / original dealer can resign and incoming partner can became dealer with 100%

Sir company pressing to sub lease them on a nominal rent, under company policy, as we are having collector lease land on which pump is installed. I want to know after subleasing may we have option to sell this pump please sir suggest me

The lease from Collector in your name and sublease to company at Nominal rent / regular rent will not affect your possibility to sell out the petrol pump / induct outside partner. This is because the land lease and dealership are two different issue. Trust this will help.

I don't think that any company will be interested to increase the rent, when the lease tenure is still available. You can once discuss with regional head and after that don't raise this issue with them.

Sir , Indus Biofuel is offering for setting up biodiesel pump, is there some benefit in this? Are these companies reliable?

There are many companies offering biofuel pump. When taking the dealership from them the most important thing is the understand their supply chain I.e. from where they will supply the product, what is the source of product for them etc. Generally these companies do not have enough biofuel to sustain the high sales. So please check these parameter carefully. With regards to benefit from the pump, I must inform you that public does not have much faith on the bio diesel. People can buy if if there is substantial price difference.

In case of SC/ST dealer is allowing the other caste partner then the percentage of share is restricted to 25% even after 3 years. So if you are from other then SC/ST then you can not have more then 25% share.

You have to speak to the concerned sales officer / regional office.Generally the low sales may be due to inactive dealer, dealer has financial constraint, bad reputation etc etc. You can assure to the sales officer that with retirement or induction of financial partner the sales will increase.
