How can we take a dip measurement without a dip chart if the chart is lost or incorrect? Suppose we have a petrol tank with a capacity of 25,000 liters and a dipstick is available. How can we determine how much petrol is still inside the tank?

Sir , hamare depot wale manhole me seal nahin lagate Hain jisse ki gadi wale dip pipe ke hole band kar dete Hain depo wale manual mein seal kyon nahin lagate Hain kripya bataye, unse bola manhole me seal lagane ki to kh rahe hain hamare yaha nahi lagti , Its legal or not , koi legal document hai jisse ye confirm kiya ja sake ki seal manhole me lagana compalsary hai, pls guide
