I cover the bottom of the mold with parchment paper. I trim off the excess with scissors. To ensure that the cake has smooth edges, I use acetate film.
I put 200g of cookies in the blender bowl. Grinding.

Wash strawberries (700g) thoroughly in water with the addition of baking soda.
Afterwards, wash the strawberries under running water.
I cut the strawberries in half.

I put 350g of Philadelphia-type cream cheese in a bowl, add 500g of yogurt, 100g of sugar (or more)
I add vanilla and strawberries.
Grind with a blender until smooth.
add 150 ml of milk to 20 g of gelatin and leave to swell. Then heat it in the microwave for a few seconds.
Pour into a bowl and mix with a blender.
Pour the contents of the bowl into the mold. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (or overnight).
I'm preparing decoration for the cake.
Ready. I decorate and remove the cake from the mold.
