Wonderful tour Christophe, hell yeah I would have listened to you and purchase that area if I was in the position. It's money in the bank. I'm glad I listened to my realtor and purchased the home in Tracy and Pebble Beach without being a smart ass..lol. It did me well. I think it's about having patience with a teachable and coachable attitude versus being a stubborn dominant smart ass..again lol. It's the truth if the right realtor is hired like yourself. Hi Christopher I've seen your previous videos on South Mapleton Drive also which is very interesting. Could you ever do North Mapleton Drive specifically 323 where Alan Ladd once lived an actor I loved. Like a lot of actors he had 3 homes one in Palm Springs one a ranch in Sante Fe. I have seen photographs of the Holmby Hills house and believe it is or was up for sale recently. We don't seem to see anything on North Mapleton but I'm sure it's just as interesting. I believe the Palm Springs home can be rented for vacations and it looks beautiful. I have never seen pictures of his ranch though although believe it was on prime land and very big. What a pity he didn't live longer to enjoy these beautiful properties longer as he had a hard life and deserved better. Thanks love your videos.

I also noticed how you didn't mention a couple of names of the property's owner like you have in your previous videos. Not that it matters I think I remember who they were anyways. But it is phenomenal to see the upgrades and how the neighborhood has changed just from the times that you have done tours of them. I appreciate the hard work you do and I like your insights. I'm hoping you do more videos concerning the real estate process. these are very nice houses but when i drive up to my house i see the neighbor wave from across the street sitting in their garage while their kids ride their bike in the culd a sac, the usual suspects saying hi while walking their miniature dogs, the newest pregnant neighbors walking by, the oldest fiesty grandma in the neighborhood making her way back home one step at a time and dont you even think about asking if she needs help, the kids riding their bikes back from the pool, the newest toddlers in their Halloween costumes asking for candy, the neighbor who always goes crazy with the Christmas lights. And I think to myself....i don’t need no million dollar house, i am 👌 A-OK AND MOST IMPORTANTLY the people who would come running to help day or night if they saw an ambulance or fire truck outside any of our homes
