Those are call tomatillos , their basically Mexican tomatoes.

The food looks awesome, 👌but If I may say so, you should def try to invest in some good ol cast iron, they're the best! they don't break, when they're well seasoned they're easy to clean, all you could ever want in a diverse pan, those chared bits on your steak can be dangerous, non stick pans release chemicals when they get too hot, so if you're lookin out for your health a cast iron pan is the way to go, just lettin ya know :) I'm aware some people can't hold them because they're so heavy and maybe that's why you have so many little pans for easier cooking and less heavy, cast irons come in all shapes n sizes tho :) It's just somethin to think about :) Keep makin awesome food!🌮🍴
