Roasted Veggie Sandwich

Roasted Vegetable Sandwich with vegan ricotta and my favorite cheese from a local cheese shop here in LA. The perfect sandwich for any occasion. Mouthwatering and so full of flavor!

Great job, always watch this recipe when making eggplant sandwiches, also I made sauce with adding olive oil, maple syrup, mustard paste, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix it well 😊

very good - you can use a bread knife to cut the bread -also, if you had a sandwich press, that would be useful - overall? excellent video. Oh, one last item -I would discourage garlic powder - in favor of crushed - roasted garlic -(just a little - not much) -It's great to see a vegan channel -excellent idea. TY

The vegan pesto I use in the recipe is from Trader Joes, you can sub it out for any other brand or you can simply make your own. ;)

Did you just say vegan pesto? I thought all pesto was vegan. Unless I am wrong there. lol. This is the sandwich that we have been making for years now. But we use different bread. New subscriber here. This sandwich looks bomb.

Lol yes I said vegan pesto, no pesto is not typically vegan it traditionally has parmesan cheese in it.
