Thank you for warning about the Agile off road kit. I’m going to go with a van compass kit.

4.3 is the way to go! Nice job! We need to see a final walk-thru video of the completed van!!!!

Well done man!!! The 4.3 is boss. I personally move between settings 1, 2 and 3 all the time. 2 is solid with the micro adjustments. If I know I’m getting on the freeway, stiff - all day. Forest roads going soft all day long. I personally didn’t see a “lift”. Mine came back to basically stock height - with the build - so I guess it lifted it back to stock. If you want to see a lift, the 6.3 will give you 2 more inches.

You are one of my must watch adventurers! It’s just so happened that I purchased a 2024 Sprinter 2500 144 a few months back and have personally converted it with a Vantopia Kit. I have towed my 23LT Megalite toy hauler about 15 miles a couple times and the stability is not great on I-5 in Central Point, Oregon. Watching your video just confirmed to me that a suspension kit is 100% required. My home is in Casa Grande, AZ and I’ll be home in a couple weeks. Is there anybody in greater Phoenix or Tucson that you would recommend to do the install. I want the same unit you recommend. Again, Thank You and your entire family for hours of quality entertainment.

Thank you for the kind words! The place I would recommend in Tucson is Mountain View Adventure Vehicles. They're a pretty big shop with a long history in the RV/Van space along with other vehicle types.

Theses are cargo vans. People who try to convert them it into offroad overloading rigs is hilarious to me. No matter how much money you throw at it, it will always be a heavy cargo van and will never become a sensible overloading rig.

I don't know anyone who has made the claim that these vans are suitable overland rigs. They are forest road rigs at best, but 70% of overland routes are doable in a van if you have the time and patience to make it work. You're trading comfort for capability.
