It didn't hurt until about the last half hour when I started to be able to feel the rubbing. The weird thing is I still felt numb. I bought mine off her and she said she buys it on eBay

@@chrisdopez8443 idk how much she used but I ended up choosing to use it on my sternum tattoo and it worked really well. I put on a thick layer and only needed about half a tube for a fairly large black tattoo. I put it on before i left my house, wrapped it in plastic wrap so it wouldn't dry up, and I headed to my apt. I had it on for about 45 minutes, went to my apt, and got the tattoo. It made my skin kind of marbled looking and I couldn't feel anything for about an hour and a half. After that though I did start to feel pain, it came back like 10 fold and the last half hour was damn near unbearable and I felt like I'd been punched in the gut after my tattoo, it was so painful. I recently had a cover up done on my collar bone and I opted not to use the numbing cream. If pain becomes too much I have my artist spray me with bactine and it makes it less inflamed and I can tolerate a few hour session. I usually have him spray me every hour and my longest session was 5 hours. Honestly feeling nothing for the first hour wasnt worth feeling everything way more painful around the end. I don’t know how it was still numb after 5 hours, usually the cream starts wearing off on the tattooed areas after about 20 minutes; unless it was areas applied where the needle didn’t touch, I’ve applied cream on my legs and some area that wasn’t touched with the needle stayed numb for practically the whole day.
