I like it a lot. I am going to this sometimes this week with my team. I do have one concern which is coming up with more questions. The activity is supposed to last 1 hour.

thank you so much. I have other things scheduled for that event so I just need one activity. I will try to come up with other questions for this activity because I like it a lot. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond and thank you for the awesome activities you have. I like them a lot and I intend to use some of the ideas in future team building activities. Please add more hahaha

Good concept. I will be conducting a team building training day after tomorrow for one of my clients and this is something that would serve my purpose. The challenge would, however, be to draw the circle on a tiled floor- but that's manageable. Thanks for the vids and looking forward to many more like these in upcoming days. Thanks again.

@@yoann5793 Ow I am so sorry to hear that. I think the trainers didn't do a good job than. Team building can be very fun to do when you feel no pressure. I hope you will have better experiences in the future :)

teri day Hi Terry, thank you for your comment. I am curious why you think it is pointless, can you explain that? That way I can improve the exercises I will make in the future :) Thanks!

@@teriday954 Hi Teri, thank you for you comment. Interesting :) Yes, I agree that there are teams that have a great natural cooperation and communication, but I think there can always be room for improvement and insight. Just like someone with a lot of musical talent can benefit from musical lessons. Do you think all team building exercises are pointless? Or just a certain category of exercises?
@teriday9545 жыл бұрын
I'm actually a fan of cooperation. When I think of lives lost by rivalries between forces on the same side during conflict. Not to forget that this attitude is actually nurtured during basic training. That's really counter productive. Problem solving exercises like this are most likely solved by the shyest member of the group if they can think straight in an awkward social situation. They will, however not be cooperative because they don't like being herded and will doubtless be shouted down by the loudest member of the group who has strangely elected themself leader. It's basically a good way of suppressing original thought and creating sheep

@@teriday954 Interesting comment, thank you! :) And what if you give everyone in the group a moment to talk for a specific amount of time during a team exercise? That way no one can be shouted down and original thought may come out also out of the shy members. Only the downside may be that it can feel unnatural for the participants. How do you think about this?
