@JennBX1 We just received a technique to try from another subscriber. They said to add a little water to it, and when the water starts to boil, remove the water and let it fry. That will remove some of the salt.

Nevertheless, I absolutely love you guys energy! And about the bacon… It does seem to have a higher salt content. My son and I enjoy it for breakfast when he’s around because he doesn’t eat pork. Snatcher theres a corn brush that will help you brish those silk strings out from between the corn rows. Also if you pull the husk from the slender end first you can also get most of the strings of silk. Then brush the cobb. It will get the rest of the silks. Shuck the corn dry.

Now this is a well designed tent pad. I love how they have the fire pit off on it's own section where it does not interfere with the placement of your tent. I wish they all were like this. It's a beautiful CG! I thought VA and MD had some nice well manicured pads but this one is very impressive!

I am right around the corner from ya'll in Bessemer City. I have a 24ft colorado. Just went and stayed at the KOA in Rock Hill. Great place! Maybe we will cross paths sometime.

Today while playing on temu I ran across an insulated picnic waterproof mat for 5.82. I plan on getting some to go inside my tent and under my tent for padding from pesky rocks. We did same thing left our good pegs home and used screw drivers on the corner of tents. I have three random pegs floating around van.

@WhereverWeLand your welcome love you content. And true it is a bit salty. Try adding a small amount of water while cooking it just enough to cover the bacon just as it starts to boil poor the water off and let it fry. It helps.

Good question about the tarp it serve as a vapor barrier and I was surprised that the bottom of the tent didn't get wet. I'm thinking it is because of the floor mat we put under the air mattress. We're going out for a 13 night camp soon. Nothing wrong with reading labels honey! That pigment in doritos that makes them orange makes skin translucent 👀 I'm not saying don't ever eat it, I'm just saying, if that's what you choose to do it, make sure you choose to do it 😅 We really have to be careful about what we eat because it can bite you. You should try cucumber with a little allulose. It tastes like watermelon without the blood sugar spike 😁 Edited to add: I do running lists in my phone. I have a packing list and a packing list. Yep, in the house packing and into the truck packing. It takes me forever to organize and I almost forgot the hotdogs, I get the all beef and uncured so if you're trying to eat healthy I suggest that, but I remembered when I saw the rake and remembered the dolly I didn't pack. I forgot to put them on my first packing list. It's on there now. That way I can look around and see if I notice anything we really need. We still have 3 days before we leave. Edited one more time to add: Snatcher could snatch some pocket money taking bets on the putt putt 😅
