@Supa Trending Daily I live upstairs and it is not noisy. I can hear it during the spin cycle but it is not so loud to where I worry that it disturbs my neighbors. I do plan to place a mat underneath to muffle the little vibration that does occur during the spin cycle. I have had the washer and dryer for about 3 weeks and do not regret it.

This is the best video that I have seen yet on KZbin for this washing machine (probably all different portable wm's I watched)! You showed enough time of the machine turning/washing your clothes while other videos did not... You showed it rinsing, draining & spinning. I "really liked how you showed how much wattage" the machine uses while running! You took time to explain about everything. Thank you! I believe I found a small washing machine for my RV. Five thumbs up!👍👍👍👍👍😎

I bought the 2.1 cu ft Magic Chef a few months ago as I’m experiencing health problems and finding it difficult to get downstairs to my basement. The 2.1 is actually the same size machine that a full sized Maytag GE or Whirlpool would have been around the time that I was born in the early 1960s and it’s only 22” wide. I’m very pleased with it and only need to use the machine downstairs now monthly for my blanket.

Just bought one, set it up at my kitchen sink...works great. Loving it! I had another portable with the 2 sides...this is so much easier with a smaller footprint. Adjustable drain hose was easy to adjust and fits into my sink. Came with all the hook up attachment for my spigot. Thanks for the review.

@@Tankstempo Hey there, here's the update! Just used it late last night and I think they're worth it! It's a bit of a learning curve but that's what the manual is for. Follow the directions and refer to it in case of anything. Please monitor water levels coming in and out of the machine! If you're having issues with the adapter manually put in water. The 0.9 is suitable for small spaces or a household of 1-2, or if you don't mind the size, wash small loads at a time. They have bigger washers but I live alone so this was good for me. The washer is more useful than the dryer imo but I got them both because there may be times I would hand wash and just want to spin dry with the washer or wring it out and put it in the dryer, or just any general need for dry and warm clothes fast. I honestly need to play catch up with laundry which is why I got both so I can multitask quicker. Dryer takes some time but it's worth a shot if you want it! Also, there is cool, warm, hot, and air dry settings for the dryer and it comes with wool balls! Be mindful to monitor the water going in and out of this washer to not create any mess! Overall the washer got my clothes clean, and spin dried well, and the dryer dried my clothes although it took time. I recommend it! Hope this helps :).

I wish you showed the drain setup - I need a drain idea for my RV shower as well. had the exact same washer (Midea brand but same manufacturer) and it lasted 3 years. Well worth the $175 I paid. I am going to buy the same one again (RCA brand but same manufacturer as this Magic Chef) for $175 again on Amazon. Win-win!

If you haven't tried soaking the clothes before washing, you should. Soaking basically does the entire job of washing. An hour or two of soaking (don't know if you're that patient) and all you pretty much have to do is a short wash then a couple of good rinses. Take it from someone who's presently washing by hand in tubs in the bath because they don't have a washing machine.

I loved your video, very informative. I’m moving into an apmt with no WD :( nor hookups. I had no idea they even made something like this! Its frkn adorable even if it only takes a small load it does the job well! The magic chef has great reviews. I would get this one, The only thing that concerns me is the installation, how to hook up the hoses to the sink faucet. I’m not very handy :( I’m sure I can find a video on it.

Looks great, thanks so much for posting. Watching your video right now. Stainless steel way to go. This is DEFINITELY the better unit over the Panda. Seems a little strange that they say it's only cold water though. Will it do two adult size pairs of blue jeans? Maybe Amazon has it for a lower price than Home Depot. What type of power source do we need? Is it AC power, the standard household three prong plug?

I had a panda I loved it; unfortunately it was a refurb & the control panel failed so I had to get rid of it. But it had very very strong agitation & spin cycle & got my clothes not only clean but very dry, never needed to use a dryer, hang dry worked great, also my panda model had a very strong drain pump. I replaced it with a Kumio that has larger capacity but less agitation & spin...which is probably better in the long run due to less stress on the parts. Also the Kumio came with a TWO YEAR warranty-so that was a great reason for me to go with that brand. (& it also has a drain pump.)

I love the high dollar Panda Centrifuge for drying, wear the t shirts right away, jeans, hang for 6 hours. HOWEVER those panda washers SUCK!! I hated them before the first load was done. The stainless steel 3600 rpm panda centrifuge rocks. In an rv it's impractical to have both, dude you got the right idea for rv'ing.

HI there! I really loved your vid that I went to Home Depot and got one! I really love it but one thing I am not clear on....I hooked my washer to the sink in my bathroom (cold water)....So my question is when the wash is done, I got to urn off the cold water before I remove the hose from the faucet...but it seems to me like there will still be water in the hose/washing machine, even after the spin cycle is finished. Is that true?

Interesting that you paid that amazing price of $169! I just got one from Home Depot and the price is now $212, I’m guessing due to the tariffs that went into effect this year. Still a pretty great price though for the convenience, and it will pay itself off eventually with no longer having to do coin laundry in gross shared washers.
