This is by far the best tire cleaner I have ever used. Combined with Darkside it’s fantastic. So refreshing to see CarPro and STL putting in the R&D to create something that works so well!

Thank you Nate! They really nailed it with those two! And honestly they nailed it right out of the box with these two! Its so interesting to see with some products we have to go thorough a variety of back and forth testing to really improve it and with others they just CRUSH it right from the start and require little tweaking throughout the development!

Had a chance to use ReTyre both neat and 1:1. It removed the Si02 infused dressing without issue. The 1:1 is a great weekly maintenance product…👍

Hey Corey, please wear some safety specs mate. Strong alkalis like Retyre (pH 13 I believe) can be really damaging to the eyes. Please look after your peepers mate :-). And thanks for all the great content you guys put out.

@@SkyCarCare You're very welcome mate. I did 30 years in a lab and I once got hypochlorite in my eye (around pH 12 / 13). I had to go the eye infirmary and they irrigated it for what seemed like hours. Apparently, alkalis can penetrate the eyes quickly and deeply and cause a lot of damage. Thankfully I was fine, but we should all definitely get those specs on! Take care mate.

It works. My tires are so coated it will take some major scrubbing but it eats through the old gunk.

Re-Tyre is a great product and one scrub was also enough for me to get the tire clean again. Also that with the foam nozzle is a great thing, lasts longer on the tire and works longer.

If I wanted to stick with carpro's line of products, which product would I use for the wheel itself?

Great question! For a protected wheel that has Dlux or Hydro2 on it then its going to be VERY easy to clean and all you need is CARPRO Reset! Then, occasionally you can hit it with CARPRO IronX. Like every 3 months or if you drive it a TON then you can use it more often. IronX wont damage your CARPRO Protection so you can use it regularly - just a matter of how often its actually needed. You could also easily use Descale or IronX Snow Soap or Lift if you wanted a more intensive soap instead of Reset.

I accidentally stain my plastic wheel cover with retyre. Do you know how can the stain be removed from plastic surface?

Highly unlikely you can remove the "stain" as I am suspecting it is etched rather than stained. If it is clear coated then you can polish it to fix it but if its like hubcap then those plastics cannot be polished. Best you can do is to try cleaning it off and if not then it needs to be refinished or replaced.

My rims are ceramic coated. If a little drips on the rims while cleaning the tires would this compromise the coating?

If it only drips on it and you rinse it off quickly then it will not compromise the coating. If you leave it on there for a long time or rub it in or let it dry then it can damage the ceramic coating.

P&S brake buster is a very difficult product to obtain in my country. So, I was wondering if retyre works well with IK Foam pro 2? Will i expect a foam like it should for an IK Foam pro 2?

No need for a special pump as the CARPRO Retyre comes with a white foaming nozzle which applies exactly the amount you want to your wheel brush.

I observed a considerable amount of the product flinging off the tyre's surface hence wasting product. To avoid this issue and maximise the product's benefits, I thought of using an IK Foam spray to ensure that the product is evenly distributed and doesn't go to waste. I think I might just go that route, thanks@@SkyCarCare

@@MShazarul Sounds good! A method I like to use is to just spray some directly onto the brush with the included foaming nozzle and then you get zero waste but whatever you prefer! Have a great day and thanks again!
