The best way to remove spray paint off of rims is the aircraft stripper spread down really good till the paint bubbles and then use a pressure washer instead of scrubbing it with a brush and a wire wheel. Pressure washer works so much better. But you’re gonna have to repeat the process more than once for each wheel.
