Shopping List:
1 lb 85/15 Ground Turkey
2.5 oz Boursin Garlic & Herb Cheese
1/2 grated onion
1/4 cup diced parsley
1.5 cups bread crumbs
1 tbsp sour cream
Gouda and Pepperjack cheese
1 egg
2 tsps worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic paste
chicken bouillon powder, All-Purpose Seasoning
Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc)
Sauce:
1 tbsp sriracha
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1) add mince to bowl 2) add cream cheese and sour cream 3) add puree/ grated onion 4) add parsely 5) worcestershire sauce 6) garlic paste 7) boulion 8) salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder 9) mix n combine 10) add more parsely & beaten egg 11) add bread crumbs 12) refrigerate for 30mins 13) make patty, add AP seasoning & grill Internal temp 165°f (Instructions for myself)

Im usually not the one to write any comments but i just have to give you your props; That was the most tastiest turkey burger ever. The flavor was phenomenal I did everything besides sour cream and Sriracha because I didn't have any on hand, and also they was all out of bourbin so i did a substitute of the garlic and herb laughing cow cheese instead but let me tell you it was still amazing. I will be doing my turkey burger like this all the time Great recipe 👌

Made this today. Everyone loved. Even had seconds, I only got one burger (we ran out)....but it was damn good! The sour cream and boursin made the difference. None of them were dry even though I used 93/7 turkey.

Omg! I put that sauce on my baked potatoes (which I put all kinds of things on, like cooked ground beef/or chorizo/or taco meat, and/or sautéed onions and/or crispy fried onions, onion dip, broccoli, pesto, queso anything! But when I don’t wanna bake a potato, I might throw some of that stuff on a red boiled potato! So incredibly good!!!

Since I don't eat beef, I always eat turkey burgers. A few of my key seasonings to make them more "beefy" is a packet of lipton beefy onion soup mix, a teaspoon or so of beef bullion, and lower soduim Mccormick steak season along with most of the other things you used. Now all I need to do is try adding the boursin cheese to my recipe. I'm sure it will be 🔥. Thanks for sharing a new way to level up my burgers!! Grace, peace, and Christ's blessings to you!

Once you make a homemade Turkey burger you’ll never buy another frozen Turkey burger again. As for those brioche buns they’re the best!!!! I’ve actually eaten the brand in this video from Harris Teeter and they are delicious.
