Why use a dedicated tyre cleaner when apc or something similar can do exactly the same job? Is it not a waste of money ?

@@KABDETAILS I did think this as well, normally I use a APC for the tyres but just found that the tyre cleaner actually did a better job at drawing out the dirt and this is because it what it is meant for. Maybe not the best value for money way, but you use less product and you get a brush with this one, which is good. 👍

I find a higher dilution ratio on normal apc will act as good if not better on tyre cleaner

It looks like it would work as a deep cleaner rather than a maintenance product. And coming with a brush is always a bonus. Could be next after I finish with TW Hyper Foam. Nice video, thanks. Never really seen this brand before

Yes it was definitely for a deep clean of the tyres and I wouldn't need to use it all the time! It's definitely a good product, I was surprised by how well it performed 👍

Surfex HD is what I use at 10:1. Does the job, plus it has so many other uses. I have used Adams tyre and rubber cleaner before, but these dedicated products tend to be expensive, so I’d rather have a product that can have multiple uses. Each to their own though.

Yes I've used that before, it's very good stuff! I agree they do normally seem to be more expensive for sure. Yes normally I am the same, 1 product that can do it but just surprised by how good it performed 👍

I just use demon wheels cleaner on the tyres but as I can see that product you use is so much better Thanks for the vid 👍

Good afternoon, Jason, i hope you're well. I've only ever had one tyre cleaner, Rebound by Autoglanz and it's really good but I don't use it often, I'm mkre into Surfex at 10:1 or GT Zero Decon, at that same ratio. Its lime someone said earlier, dedicated tyre cleaners are just expensive, when compared to the 2 i mentioned above. I'd like to try this but, in reality, I'm more likely to put the ££££'s toward something more important to me. Great video though mate. 👌

Hi Lee, all good here mate hope you are also well. I think it will be the same with this product, only use now and then. Yes I agree tyre cleaners are more expensive than a product that can do multiple jobs. Totally understandable, got to spend the money wisely 💪

Gyeon Q2M Tire Cleaner is the only dedicated product I have used and it works well, however Garage Therapy decon shampoo at 10-1 does an excellent job.

ADBL Rubber and Tyre cleaner is the strongest I’ve ever tried. It’s very strong. Can you by Wake Me products in the UK

Ok I haven't tried that one yet, good to know for the future. No you cant buy them in the UK yet, only via their website. Normally takes a few weeks to come from overseas 👍

Buddy, even clean water will clean tyres that are clean. How about showing us how to clean tyres affected by tyre bloom?

@@aussie43 thanks for watching! Like I said in the video my tyres are maintained well but it still pulls the dirt out of it to show that this product will pull out all the dirt. Clean water wouldn't do this as it doesn't pull the dirt out of the pores of the tyre. I have used it on tyres that are worse and it does a great job on them. At the time I only had this tyre to test it on.
