I have a 2019 GLC 300 and don’t know what fuse to connect to. I tried checking the voltage with light on and off and no change 😔.

I have the same grill, but have the lighted star with the mesh style (im now wishing I got the one that you have) I'm running into all the same problems you were, loose star, star doesn't fit properly etc. I also can't get the original Star off the original grill. I've seen a bunch of videos where it's just turned counter clockwise and just pops right off, but it feels like it'll break if I try turning it any harder. I have a silver 2014 c300 and I want to black out all the chrome, but I did want to see what it looked like with the black grill with the silver star first. Any suggestions? Oh yeah and BTW, I've looked at a ton of sights and some have the 2014 facelift C300 Sport listed as a W204 (which I'm pretty sure it is) and others say it's a W205. It gets confusing when looking for parts, especially when it says 2014 c300 facelift W205. Any thoughts on that? I love seeing your videos because our cars are pretty similar, I just wish I bought the 350 so I had turbo in mine, and the mods you make are like you went shopping in my brain, so it's great to see them done on a car like mine so I get to see how they turn out so keep it up.

It all depends what type of grill you have if you have stock grill you need to get a “snap in” type of star there’s variety on them there twistys,push in and the snap ins Starlights

Hey Flexx love the channel! I have purchased a GTR style verticle grille for my 2016 C300 and my factory lighted star does not fit the hole on the new grill. Is this because the gtr grill doesn't have lighted stars? I'm lost here any help is greatly appreciated!!

You can find it on eBay. Look up “Glass style Mercedes star” Just make sure you measure your opening in your grille before you buy one. The stars and grills are not all the same size online. Some stars can twist into a grille. Some will snap into a grille. And some you’ll just need to retrofit to mount to the grill.

Stock is snap-on. The other star he demonstrated will work with stock grille.

If you want to to convert the star into this gtr grill he has with the mirrored glass you have to find a snap in bc there’s verities of LED Starlight emblems to choose from theres twistys,push in, & snap-ins you’ll need a “Snap-In”for this to work with the gtr grill

That LED Star might work for the Diamond Grille I bought which is same or similar to the one on your wife's C300.

I did the same exact mod to my wife’s c300 diamond grille. The star I bought for her grille was smaller so it was easier to work with but by no means it just snapped right in.
