You shouldn't take off the perks of the engineers because they are one of your defense units. Also, you use your tear gas at the wrong time, you take time deciding whether you should use tear gas or not, and when you do, all your troops are dead.

Base designs 2. Max rank your surgeon 3. More focus fires (least 30+) 4. Every time you get gold get 15k gold than 5k...it will last longer 👍 ----------------------------------- My base design idea: 1.A long wall cross the very front of your base 2. More than one choke point, try to make a bait choke point with a bunker & 4 barwires in a line least every 2 walls away. 3. You need more tents least one more just for grunts... (You'll need a meat shield, To stall the enemy) 4. You need least get all defenses over lv 5 that also means tents,walls,etc. ( dont worry about the HQ though) 5. Finally, try to make them "you opponent" worry more about wasting their money & cards to get though your base....till the last part of your base "final choke point" they have not money left or cards... Hey Baron, I saw a video where a base survived 50 minutes on CPU defence, the main thing about it was at the back end of the base was a built up choke poke with lots of barbed wire that opened up to a long open area that had a two line wall of tank traps and sand bags with a whole bunch of marksmen and sergents (2 tents spit out marksmen and 1 tent outputted the sergents) and this group was flanked on both sides by high level sniper towers. The multiple sergents buffed the marksmens' damage and accuracy to the point where they would two-shot rocketeers before they could even come in range to fire their rpg's. This line of defense lasted for a solid 40 some minutes before both the sniper towers were widdled down by stray shots. Now this would only work on the cpu defense mode since there was no anti-air in the mix, so players would easily be able to counter this design. However, for cpu defense it is very effective. BTW cpu defend will only give rewards up to 30 minutes, after that point there is no extra rewards aside from the few bonus munitions you get from killing the mobs, and of course bragging rights. This is just my own input on getting far in the pve mode, I hope it can potentially help you out. My only request of you is that you continue being awesome! :)

When you pick an enemy, look at the bottom right, it tells you what will go into your reward chest if you win. Also your decoy can distract snipertowers if you place it in a way that they can shoot it, that's way more reliable than smoke but only as far as snipertowers are concerned, for the bunkers smoke is the best. Also if the enemy destroys something while shooting at your decoy you dont get money for it.

Baron,Good advice here,Base idea You need to make a small choke point that uses some rocks then have a really big but don't use walls to block ways in because if they get destroyed your done for and spread out your tents more put some weak troops in a low level up front and stronger and better troops at the rear and one last thing keep the rocks as they stop troops from going there,and the big rock up front put two bunkers back to back there so when enimes walk pass they will be mowed down! Just some quick advice if this dosent work out I have some more advice AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Oh, and a few more things; your sniper towers cannot shoot over your other major buildings such as bunkers, Anti air, mortars, or tents. Sand bags, and tank traps are perfectly fine though. They require a clear LOS in order to shoot. So any spot were another major building is blocking the sight range of your sniper towers is actually hindering your defensive abilities. Another thing is that the two thin rockwalls in the center choke point are actually providing the attacks some extra cover from one of your MG bunkers, most of that bunker's shots have been hitting that indestructible piece of rock instead of the enemy troops when they are moving up. Just remove those two thin strips pieces with some tnt, but keep the extra big rocks, and see if it helps.

Top tip. On the campaign map when you select a territory to attack, in the bottom right corner you can see what type of card gonna go into the chest when you win. This way, you have an opportunity to customise your spoils of war and go for cards you really need, by earning the right cards for you even over a couple of days. Generally lower level territories give you random cards, but tougher opponents can give you gold perks, valour to level up units and other yummy stuff.

No, tents constantly pump troops depending on how good it is and also the quantity depends on the unit so grunts = 5 at once ad bombadier and other solo units only comes out alone, the time they spawn depends on how good the unit is but you can reduce the spawn timer with rapid deployment, it does speed the rate the unit spawn, i mostly use it o engineer but if you have something better do as you wish also I've only use fireproof on engineers since they have close range weapons and they are a large role in defending so that he doesn't die easily to flamers, also paratroopers are amazing in attack, use it with decoy not tear gas since it can still stun them and don't use a rally flag if they're on the field since you're basically gonna get them killed and a good loadout for them is 2 paratroopers and a decoy or reverse them if you want to take it slow. Also separate your towers so that they act like stages and use the walls to divide them I've lasted 24:13 with it but if you don't I'm not forcing you also never use a flamer on defence if your not walls are near and vital. Barbed wires are good for a slow funnel, make a small entry and put barbed wire to make them slower and make them go one at a time. In cpu defend stock up on the first 5 minutes if you can with small damage taken in your base. Also maybe try not to use health upgrade on grunts since they still die fast it's their number that gives them power so maybe accuracy and minimum wage if you think it's good enough.

check other troops for better perks. And when using mines place teargas infront a huge group (make sure its in front to make sure all are dead instead of only taking out 3 rpgs). And fix up your bunkers to better positions by moving things back so if the walls get blown they still shoot there. And plz plz plzzzz use snipers in defence.

1) Use the decoy as a secondary gas, theres no need to keep it placing behind structures(this is best used if there are explosive type weapon soldiers, or rambo type with poor accuracy). IF you dont have a gas or the defences on choke point are too wide spread to cover them with gas. Use a decoy in a place where all the defences fire cone meet then everyone will be shooting at it even sniper towers and bunkers. 2) Assault troops are good, but you didnt perk them up correctly nor they arent fully unlocked like ur grunts thats why they sucked for you. Assault troops need really good accuracy perk otherwise they will miss a lot(and they are way better for breaking multiple walls then grunts) 3) Base wise: - Move the lower bunker or the walls on the right of it so enemies cant shoot past it(atm the have a slight vision of it) - Spread a bit ur defences on that choke point so 1 gas wont be able to neutralise everything packed that tight. - Use the last stand cards, they are more usefull than a sniper and maschine gun on ur command center(since if they start shooting it means you lost allready anyway and got no defences left) - Try out making a zig zaging pathways(using walls and rocks) with backtracking routes( so enemy soldiers will take 2 or 3 longer to get to ur defensive positions(which will help you out in spawning more soldiers and if they want more direct path they will need to use a perk on walls that arent that important). My base is done like that and it works quite good(ofc not when a whale with XX levels higer than me comes to rape my 1/2 skull base:P) - Place in few chokepiints some sandbags + a sniper somewhere in the back hidden from ur main path to base, most Ai will ignore that sniper tower. - Overall think a bit how to use the stupid Ai path finding, like quite often ur soldiers get confused where to go

Base Defense Help You always say how the sniper tower gets taken out so fast, maybe take your sniper tower and move it in front of the rocks by the mortar and facing backwards so then once the guys break through the bunker they will get shot in the back and waste more time instead of just stomping through it like its nothing. I feel like you should move that mortar because it seems like you're wasting walls around it that could be used else where and once they get past the first bunker (which doesn't seem that hard) it just becomes useless) and kinda set your base up into waves, like not have all of your sand bags and main force in one place because then they can just build up and make it through, you gotta split it up into like 2 sections. It seems the bases you beat easily are made like yours, where they have one weak part and then beef up at the back. But the bases you have a hard time pushing through are more generalized and split up. I think you kinda understand what I mean

Bottom right of the scouting screen (during the time you are choosing your enemy) shows the reward you will get for beating their base. This reward goes into the "campaign chest" on the left after you win. Some are random, but some show specifics like valor and keys and boosts.

Whenever you are attacking a base with barrels, you need to only spawn grunts. You constantly waste your good expensive units by spawning them in the very beginning of the battle and then running them into exploding barrels. Spawn a few waves of grunts until most of the barrels are gone before you send the big guns in.

Base defense Ideas - Look at a two stage defense with a section as far away from your base to stall. something like two sniper towers and a bunker - create a choke point with walls and then set your bunker against a wall facing the choke point - then the snipers and sand bags back away from the choke with some barb wire. After that is a killing field with your mortar going in and maybe some barrels. Follow this with a section of wall that creates another choke point - i like to put it to one side of the base and then array two bunkers and three sniper towers with sandbags in front and troop spawn behind. For your three spawns I like one grunt and 2 snipers or sharpshooters - whatever you have leveled up more. Overall though - just have fun with the base.

Sup Baron! Shout out from Colorado! use the tank traps it slows there trucks, and troops can hide on them. Use some AOE (area of effect) troops on defense, just have to get some vet. flamers or chemists, bottle um up and gas um! A field of barrels will kill some enemy scum, and hey every bit of wasted munitions helps! Cheers! Noticed that clutch 1star surgeon save that 2star ranger at 17:22, awesome!!!!

I’m going to help you with you base design 1. Line up your mortars firing range to a choke hold 2. Upgrade 1 one these Mortar,Sniper, or a machine gun 3. Try not to make it possible for you sniper’s and machine guns aren’t in the sight of other buildings because that’s one way to make sure your stuff survives even longer helping your chokehold kill even more of them 4. Baron, if you never have focus fires, but they are so crucial, wait and use missiles. they are not quite as good, as they can be blocked by aa guns and sometimes do less damage, but until you build up a a large amount of focus fires, they are the best to use.

U should put 2 sniper towers, a large sandbag, a lot of anti air defense make sure upgraded and two tents. Put the sniper towers side by side with the large sandbag in the middle so the snipers can defend the two tents behind the sniper tower make sure the tens pop out snipers or sharpshooters and the anti air(s) behind the sandbag! It was a good tactic Baron because another KZbinr had it and it survived against MG and Commandos, RPG, and Grenades it was wave 600+ just so you know. Like so Baron can see

At the start of your base make a "decoy defense" like a bunker and a sniper tower with a wall and if enemy destroy the wall they can ambush your tower and bunker but they will waste 2 or 3 cards for it, it works for me. Baron I noticed that the rocks by the second choke point blocks the gunfire of the bunker. Also you could move the bunker on the second line at the top and place it in the flank so they are distracted or they are shot in the back. As well as I suggest using the sergeant as one of your base cards cause she booster your soldiers.

Hey there Baron, I tweeted you some pics of my base. when it comes to base defense I focus on snipers. I have survived for 66 minutes in CPU defense. With that strategy you want lots of walls and a single choke point with at least 4 big sand bags pointed towards the choke point so that all of your snipers will be pointing that way. Your base has the same setup of rocks as mine does it looks like. I have my enemies coming from the southern route. You should use lots of walls even far from your base so that even if the enemy uses focus fire they cannot come from behind. Like everyone is saying you also need to leave perks on the people who are defending your base even if you do not use them for offense.

Hey Baron the main defensive tips I have: Be careful about getting rid of too many rocks beyond the first set in your base. Making the attackers have to take the longest route through motarfire, means they tend to be spread out when they hit your choke point. Tentwise I find snipers(I havent gotten sharpshooters yet), grenade troops (ditto bombadiers) and medics (think better for defensive than surgeons) to be a good combo. Pay attention to range of your sandbags to the choke point with barbwire. If you set it up right your snipers kill nearly everyone on the barbwire, those that survive get a hit by grenades and your veterans, meanwhile medics keep your guys alive.

Baron if you need bomberdier veterans or just veterans you need to spawn the riot shields first so they can soak up the damages for your units.

To your base: Spread your defens out on the battelfield so that you move somre of your defens are at you base and not all of it at the front.
