Good video with the information provided. You didn't address how easy or awkward it might or might not be to recharge the battery at that location. I agree with SFCRambo60, that the location of the battery isn't ideal for any accidental bumps, ie curbs, high ground etc. by having it in the middle. Is it possible to relocate the battery? Otherwise a nice looking trike.

The battery can be easily removed for charging!

The way you have the battery is scary. I believe it needs to be turned around so if you hit anything it might slide over it, the other way is asking for trouble. The flat side should be to the rear and the wedge should be pointing to the front of the Trike. I see an accident looking for a place to happen. Come on how often will you go backward where going forward there's a bigger chance of hitting something but if the battery was turned around the wedge shape would allow hopefully less damage.

That's the choice the TerraTrike engineering team made and we haven't heard of any instances of issues for that scenario :)

My first thought as well. I would be too scared to take this on any trails with like rocks branches or gosh even the wrong curb etc lol Overral still great advice from presenter.

I want a high quality trike, but my man..Please will somebody tell me what makes these trikes worth more than a decent used car? Why are they THAT expensive?

People were goofing on me for paying 5k for an 80s Civic; I can't IMAGINE what they'd say when they found out I paid the same amount for a tricycle.

I assume because of small production numbers. I'm in Australia, so the idea of minimum $5k USD plus international shipping is just way too high. Guess I'm building my own out of scraps... 😬

I am currently riding an ICE Sprint, but if I had to choose it would be a tough choice between that, a TerraTrike EVO, or even a Dumont. I love them all!
