Don't worry, this one is real from the Tianjin Watch Factory. The seller is from Guangzhou Sea-Gull watch distributor in China. I'm from Hong Kong, I buy Sea-Gull watches directly from them.

I bought a Geckota for a similar price a few years back, with the same movement. Looks much better IMO and came from a British company so any issues with the movement could easily be resolved. It runs like a charm.

Just dont overwind one , no jeweller will touch it unfortunately, so its cheap enough to replace with a new one . My replacement ST19 is the lumed version with the hammer and sickle seconds hand of which ive ditched the Supplied nato strap with a French marines elasticated strap khaki green with a red pin stripe, extremely comfortable to wear

But still somehow seems a specced up version compared to the $600 variant in Jody’s video. With Seagull reducing availability of ST19 movements it seems that it wants to dominate the low cost chrono market and push the knock offs out. Cheers 🥂

I went to the actual seagull store in shanghai, China. The ad told me any seagull u see out there below 600usd is a fake..

There's "official" seagulls from Seagull themselves and seagulls with the authentic movement that arent "authentic", but the design is the same and the movement is authentic and from seagull directly
