They’ve changed the recipe.. it has higher calories now (130), it has concentrated pea protein and not isolated ...and more things are changed. Check it out
New ingredient now displays Pea Protein concentrate. Is that bad?

Hey! I do like the garden of life protein as far as the nutrition profile goes but the taste is still a little too earthy for me on its own. That’s just me personally but if you like it, heck yea, it has a great amino profile for gains.

Methionine according research causes cancer. You should only have 0.1 multiplied by your weight converted in kilograms = giving you your daily intake for methionine in grams. Then, calculate your daily intake including protein shake

Technically all amino acids can be affiliated with cancer. Anything that initiates muscle protein syntheses can “cause” cancer. You also forgot to account for body fat percentage before you posted that formula. Try calculating methionine for a 300lb person with 50% body fat and then tell me if it comes out right. Please do more research before before commenting.
