@@booster524 when you sign up you can fly first for the newsky academy for the first few flights if it helps, that way you get used to using the program, the reports, booking system etc without the hit on the airline if something goes wrong to begin with

Simconnect is already in the sim - otherwise use the newsky Wiki to install the one they link in there. It's literally download, run the exe and done

The tracking app is strange. I had my nav lights on from start to finish, but I got negative points for not using them. I used strobe lights and beacon when needed as by the rules and no the app thinks I didn't.

Just subscribed and joined the va was wondering just download some of the liveries and for the fenix airways where do i install the pmdg airways ptp files etc i know in the community folder but what what folder Edit found out how to do the pmdg ones now to find out how to do the fenix :)

Fenix go into the community folder along with all other liveries except .ptp for PMDG which get installed via their dedicated PMDG operations centre

A creative imagination, a few sketches for the idea and then a talented set of livery creators 🙂

Sadly no, but newsky offers a lot more, in a much cleaner and more modern interface. It also uses simconnect instead of FSUIPC7 which I know some have issues with so it's worth the shift.

Cargo isn't in newsky yet as they're (I say they, it's one guy) working on the economy of the movement of cargo etc and how all that'll work. The developer is hoping to have it in and ready for June :)

@@andybrockbank3027 oh yeah I got that bit Andy, I'm just not massively great at understanding this stuff. I'm not sure how you get newsky to network on another computer myself - though I think in their Discord some have done it so might be worth getting support from the developer

No it's for any use - online with VATSIM or IVAO or even flying offline too

You don't, it feeds into the airlines "virtual bank" but only the airline manager and the "accountants" can see it

@@RIG_WELDER_ it's great seeing the report with detail so you know where to improve for each flight. Newsky is in early beta still too so lots to be done and lots to change :)

Yes the app is good - you do need it to start and end your flights, it also displays your simbrief ofp in the logger etc too, all very well designed

Seams to me the flight are mostly Europe. Not much if you are at CYYZ or Canadian airports!

We're expanding the network as much as we can but for flights outside of the "schedule" network you can select Free Flight and fly to any airport and fly any route in the world

@@mobbe123 no problem at all! As the "airline" gets more revenue and more profitable flights get completed we can open routes elsewhere for Scheduled flights - and Canada is one of the first on the list 🙂
