If you guy ever get the chance , mix the sweet chili sauce , with a genuine Japanese soy sauce . I use San-j tamiri brewed soy sauce at a 50/50 mix . I promise you will not be disappointed.

We make these with Pickerel/Pike! We grind the meat/bones and mix the exact way you both did. It is an incredible way to make use of otherwise what is a practically inedible fish. Minus behind the ass lol

I thought it seemed simple enough. Egg roll wrap, coleslaw mix, chunked/seasoned fish, cheese if u want it(seems weird for an egg roll but w/e), fold/wrap it, wetting the last bit of the wrap w water so it sticks, toss in hot oil and fry until golden brown

Awesome video. But for me I eat my walleye one way. Salt it batter or cornmeal and deep fry. I would never use walleye in an egg roll. I would use a lesser fish like croppy or pike. 😂
