With so many synthesizers out there, there’s just no excuse to create music. After trying a bunch of hardware Wavetable synths like Argon 8, Korg Wavestate, Hydrasynth, Peak, and Nord, I finally settled on the best one for my music - and it’s an iPad app. It’s. Allied Nave by Waldorf.
The simplicity and power of the Waldorf Nave is unmatched and the sound is just rich, glassy, airy, and beautiful. Not to mention the almost limitless modulation options from x/y pads to LFOs to aftertouch, this iPad app synth is really legendary.
In this video, I am creating an original patch and then play an ambient track using the patch.
